All sales are final once unlock or access is successfully delivered (watermark-free documents, printable files, or other paid unlock features).
Digital documents can be copied or printed immediately after delivery. Change of mind, “I already printed it,” or deciding you no longer need the materials is not refundable.
Narrow exception only: If Stripe charged you but unlock was never delivered, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, email [email protected] with your receipt. We will restore access or refund that charge.
Dissatisfaction with an employer’s response, or with whether a penalty is ultimately awarded, is never a refund basis — outcomes depend on facts outside our control.
